This is a 40,000 sq. ft. building that Zimmel Associates handles in Metro Park, with only 1700 sq. ft. remaining in the building.
Jason Zimmel handled a 2200 sq. ft. long-term lease, 198 Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ for The Torsiello Organization. The space was leased to Chemyunion, a globally recognized company for creating and developing innovative actives in the areas of dermocosmetics, life science, hair care and sensorial excipients.
