Edison, NJ – Amrapur Warehousing LLC was in the market for a larger space to accommodate their distribution needs. Growing out of their 27,710 square foot space, located at 135 E Essex Avenue in Avenel, they hired Zimmel Associates, based upon their expertise and stellar reputation.

Zimmel Associates conducted an extensive search, which generated a 36,900 square foot unit, located at 97 Sunfield Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.

Zimmel Associates was then hired by the present landlord at 135 E Essex Avenue in Avenel to lease their 27,710 square foot industrial/warehouse space with 2,500 square feet of office space included. The space features air conditioning, 3 tailboard loading docks, 2 drive-in bays, 19 foot ceiling heights, 800a power, and a fenced lot with a property manager on duty. The space was successfully leased to A & S Intermodal Carriers Inc. and represented by an outside brokerage firm.
