Edison, NJ – Amrapur Warehousing LLC was in the market for a larger space to accommodate their distribution needs. Growing out of their 27,710 square foot space, located at 135 E Essex Avenue in Avenel, they hired Zimmel Associates, based upon their expertise and stellar reputation.
Zimmel Associates conducted an extensive search, which generated a 36,900 square foot unit, located at 97 Sunfield Avenue in Edison, New Jersey.
“With a showroom in Manhattan for their apparel business, Raritan Center in Edison was an ideal location for Amrapur Warehousing LLC based upon their distribution needs,” said David Zimmel. “High ceilings, with multiple loading and easy access to all major highways made this a perfect fit.” Amrapur Warehousing LLC is leasing the space on a long term basis.
Zimmel Associates was then hired by the present landlord at 135 E Essex Avenue in Avenel to lease their 27,710 square foot industrial/warehouse space with 2,500 square feet of office space included. The space features air conditioning, 3 tailboard loading docks, 2 drive-in bays, 19 foot ceiling heights, 800a power, and a fenced lot with a property manager on duty. The space was successfully leased to A & S Intermodal Carriers Inc. and represented by an outside brokerage firm.
