Piscataway, N.J. (June 3, 2021) – In 1994 David Zimmel, CEO of Zimmel Associates sold a 5 acre vacant property, located at 141 – 147 West Ethel Road, Piscataway to Denholtz Properties, who developed two, freestanding 33,000 square foot buildings. 

The modern, two-building industrial park, Piscataway Corporate Center offers enormous benefits, including an ideal location with easy access to a multitude of highways and wonderful amenities, especially for a manufacturing company. Zimmel Associates has handled the buildings since they were built, which have always experienced strong occupancy.

“Clio, one of our tenants, manufacturer of Greek Yogurt Bars, was originally based in Union County,” said Jaime Zimmel, who was working with Clio, searching for a new facility. Jaime thought the West Ethel Road building would be a perfect spot for them due to their early growth and success, and the need for high ceilings and possible additional growth in the future, which they have already exceeded.

Zimmel Associates originally leased Clio a 20,000 square foot unit over a year ago and built out the whole unit as a manufacturing facility. Their business has done so well that Zimmel just leased Clio an additional unit of 13,000 square feet adjacent to them and then leased another 20,000 square feet in the building next door. Both buildings are now 100% leased.
