OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ – Zimmel Associates, a leader in commercial real estate services, was given the exclusive to sell the Range Rover Dealership, a 15,300 square foot luxury building on 2.5 acres. This building is conveniently located at 807 State Route 35 North in Ocean Township, NJ.
What happened next was a career-first for David Zimmel, which spans over 4 decades as President of Zimmel Associates. Zimmel put the property on the market and immediately sold it to DAG New Jersey, the company who was currently occupied in the building. Within only a couple weeks of the sale, Zimmel found yet another interested buyer, Salvador Dip, who purchased it from DAG New Jersey. Salvador Dip, currently owns another car dealership in Union county, NJ. They plans to use this newly acquired property for another car dealership.
The two sales together, orchestrated by Zimmel, were in excess of $8 million. “We were thrilled to be able to sell this property twice within a very short period of time,” says David Zimmel.
