Zimmel Associates, a leading commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey, has successfully brokered the sale of two fully approved ground-up flex industrial development sites in Mercer County to MORVAY. Zimmel has also been retained as the exclusive leasing broker, representing both properties in all future tenant negotiations.

The first site, located at 2526–2544 Kuser Road in Hamilton, spans 7.1 acres and is fully approved for a 60,000-square-foot flex industrial building. The planned facility will feature 32-foot ceiling heights, twelve (12) tailboard loading docks, and four (4) drive-in doors.
