This 37,635 square foot, three-story brick office building is situated on 4.32 acres of land. It is also located right across the street from two office buildings which were previously sold by Zimmel Associates- a three-story, 66,130 square foot building located at 2025 Lincoln Highway and a three-story, 68,487 square foot building located at 2045 Lincoln Highway.
