BRIDGEWATER, NJ – Zimmel Associates handled the sale of 3 and 5 Finderne Avenue, a two building, 204,000-square foot, industrial assemblage situated on 20 acres in Bridgewater, NJ.
“The seller, Fin Associates Limited Partnership, is a longtime client who came to us because they were confident that we had the ability to market the buildings and close quickly, which was very critical,” says David Zimmel, CEO, Zimmel Associates. Zimmel Associates in conjunction with Ten-X, represented by Ian Grusd, marketed the properties.
The seller was represented by Larry Berger. “The industrial market is extremely active in New Jersey,” says David Zimmel. “This transaction represented a rare opportunity to acquire two fully-leased industrial buildings in a supply-constrained environment.”
The buildings feature immediate access to Interstate 287 and Route 22, providing users with proximity to the consumer base and labor pool of Northern and Central New Jersey. The buyer plans to hold the assets on a long-term basis.
